I painted this artwork in the time I stayed in the little village of Montoro in the south of Spain. The town was full of these cute little alleyways leading from one place to the other, misleading you sometimes because of its labyrinth like structure. The sun was shining warm and bright, right on to the facades of the old buildings. You could hear typical Andalusian flamenco music in the neighboring streets, while locals would eat their lunch in their houses celebrating the weekend.
